How do guardians receive absence alerts?
The alert appears in the parent portal and can also arrive as an opt-in web-push notification on supported phones and computers. Guardians control whether they enable push notifications.
Can management remind teachers about a missed register?
Yes. The attendance report identifies past class days where a register was expected but not submitted, and management can remind the assigned teachers from that view.
Are teacher-parent messages private?
Messages stay within the relevant madrassa and conversation. Guardians access only their linked children, while targeted announcements let management communicate without exposing families to one another.
