Attendance and communication

A direct line from the classroom to every learner and family.

Replace paper registers, scattered messages and repeated requests for updates with one record. Teachers mark attendance and communicate from class; adult learners and families see the updates that belong to them; management can spot what needs following up.

What it gives your madrassa

A register made for class time

Start with everyone present and mark only the exceptions. Teachers can record attendance from a phone while management can see missed registers and send reminders.

Private absence alerts

When a student is marked absent, the adult learner or eligible guardian receives a private notification. The message belongs to that student, not a public group chat.

Messages with the right context

Teachers can exchange direct messages, attachments and voice notes with adult learners or eligible guardians. Management can send announcements to everyone or target the relevant classes and groups.

One portal for learners and families

An adult learner sees their own record, while a guardian uses one login for every linked child they are authorised to access.

Designed for accessible use

The sign-in journey and Student and Parent Portal support screen readers, keyboard navigation, browser magnification and zoom, with optional larger text and high-contrast display settings.

Common questions

How do guardians receive absence alerts?

The alert appears in the relevant portal and can also arrive as an opt-in web-push notification on supported phones and computers. Adult learners and guardians control whether they enable push notifications.

Can management remind teachers about a missed register?

Yes. The attendance report identifies past class days where a register was expected but not submitted, and management can remind the assigned teachers from that view.

Are portal messages private?

Messages stay within the relevant madrassa and conversation. Adult learners see their own threads and guardians access only currently authorised linked records. Targeted announcements do not expose recipients to one another.
