Keep Surah, Juz and page position together, so the next teacher can see where reading stopped and portal users can follow progress without asking for an update.
Hifz in three real streams
Log Sabaq, Sabqi and Manzil separately, with the position and quality for each session. Your madrassa can also rename the streams to match the language it already uses.
Your wider curriculum
Create subjects such as Arabic, Fiqh or Seerah, add books and lesson lists, and upload a framework by CSV instead of forcing every class into one generic progress scale.
Common questions
Can we use our own Qaida or syllabus?
Yes. Use the built-in Quran teaching structures, add your own books and lessons, or upload a complete framework by CSV. Teachers then record progress against the framework your madrassa has activated.
Does it track Sabaq, Sabqi and Manzil separately?
Yes. Each Hifz stream has its own position and quality entry for the session, giving teachers a clearer record of new memorisation, recent revision and long-term revision.
Can learners and guardians see Quran progress?
Yes. Adult learners see their own progress, while guardians see progress for linked children they are authorised to access. Attendance and tasks sit alongside it, and nobody sees another student's information.
